Information you share

We use your contact information, instrument details, repair request and any location or timing information you provide to respond and arrange services. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Sending a request

When online submission is available, your enquiry is sent to the studio’s enquiry service. Otherwise, the form prepares a draft in your own email application for you to send. Preparing a draft does not send an enquiry or confirm a booking.

Campaign information

This website uses session storage to remember campaign tags and the page where your visit started. If you submit an online enquiry, these details may accompany it so we can understand which campaigns generate requests. Storage ends with your browser session. Contact details and repair descriptions are not included in the website’s conversion event.

Advertising measurement

We use the OpenAI tracking pixel to measure advertising performance, including successful online enquiries. Our custom inquiry event does not include your name, email, phone number, message or attachments.
